Exchange Policy

We offer a 14 day right of return in addition to statutory requirements. Returns are available on non-sale items only and must be received by us within 14 days of the original shipping date. Items must reach us in perfect, unused, unwashed, resaleable condition with all original packaging intact and be accompanied with proof of purchase.

Returns can be exchanged or credit given (excluding delivery costs). Refunds on entire orders may need to meet a delivery charge. In the rare event you receive a faulty item we will do our best to replace it for you first. Returns should be sent to the address on our contact us page. Please include a self-addressed mail bag for exchanges or $5 and we'll use our courier service. We recommend you track your return to us.

Layby is available for orders over $50 including sale items provided there is at least one non sale clothing item in your order. In times of storewide sale, this requirement may be waived in the last days of sale.

To layby, choose bank transfer as your payment option when ordering. A 20% non refundable deposit is payable within 72 hours of ordering.

The balance is due on the same day over 6 weeks or 4 weeks if your layby consists of sale items only. Please email us to make another payment arrangement. Payments are required by bank deposit. Use your order no. as a reference. We'll send you email acknowledgements of your payments as they are recorded against your account.

Layby is available to customers living in Australia who have a NZ bank account.
